This is the first time that I have successfully worn him in a sling. Within 10 seconds he was fast asleep. Unfortunately, we haven’t managed to replicate it since.
*groan*
Thomas is making his first attempts at rattle play. This involves one of us inserting the rattle handle into his fist. His random arm movements then result in a noise - and a surprised look on his face. He looks even more surprised when he hits himself on the head!
Master Thomas is now over 10 weeks old, and he has decided that lying around is now rather tedious. In his new-found maturity he would much rather be sitting up, out and about, and checking out this exciting world around him. Thomas is now 13lbs 2oz - the 90th percentile! He’s managed to sleep one night the whole way through, 8pm to 5 am. More usually he only wakes 1 or 2 times, which is pretty darn good.
His hand-mouth coordination continues to improve and he can regularly find his fist and chew away [...]
