In Ferris Bueller style, Tony and I took the day off on Friday, left the children with a babysitter, and headed out to enjoy Spring in wine country. It was a glorious 70 degrees, with a touch of freshness in the breeze. Fabulous!

Alise turned 2 today and we celebrated with her and her family. After numerous 3 year parties, the changes wrought in a year were obvious. For example, Alise fell asleep before the cupcakes. No self-respecting 3-year old would ever forget the cupcakes.
